Cip Systems For The Dairy SectorCIP (cleaning in place) systems are used for cleaning the equipment used in the production of beverages, fruit juices, foodstuffs, dairy products, pharmaceutical products, and generally in all those sectors that demand high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
The CIP systems are available in a manual and an automatic version. They enable the preparation of washing solutions and they manage the whole washing process for the various types of equipment in a fully automated cycle.
The automatic versions are equipped with a PLC with dedicated software and a touchscreen control panel that makes them extremely easy to use. Recipes can be saved and numerous parameters (type of washing, temperature, washing and rinsing cycle times, concentrations of acid/alkaline solutions, etc.) can be selected, with the assurance of an absolutely precise compliance with the specifications.

Coagulation VatsDepending on their type, these multipurpose coagulation vats enable various stages of cheese production to be completed. From curd coagulating to cutting, cooking, maturing, and unloading.

Cradle Vat For Ricotta Coagulation
Cradle Vat For Ricotta CoagulationThese are fixed vats standing on feet and suitable for the production of ricotta from whey by heating the contents.
The vats have a cradle-like design and are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. They are complete with a cavity lining on the bottom to keep the product at the required temperature, and the side panels are lined with high-density rock wool for an excellent thermal insulation.
The vats are available in two models: one heats the product by means of the direct injection of steam; the other heats the product by injecting steam inside the cavity lining on the bottom of the vat.
The vats range in size from 500 to 1,500 L.
They are designed to allow for the use of minimum and maximum level and temperature control probes.
Curd Drainers And Portioners
Curd Drainers And PortionersParticularly suitable for delicate curds such as those for making taleggio, crescenza, gorgonzola, feta, white cheese, and so on, these systems enable the curd arriving from the coagulation vat to be drained and distributed in block molds of various sizes.
The main components of the system include: a hopper into which the curd is poured, a variable-speed revolving draining drum, a chute with a hopper fitted with a scraper for the transfer of the product to the block molds, a shelf that can be raised to bring the molds into position, and an automatic spatula for portioning. At the end of the process, there is a system for moving the block molds, that are stacked by the operator on the final part of the conveyor belt.
The system is fitted with an electric panel for controlling the turning speed of the draining drum, the shelf lifting system, the conveyor chains and the spatula.
The system enables the filling of approximately 3 block molds a minute. This rate can vary, depending on the type of curd and the quantity of whey it contains.
Curd Draining And Prepressing Trolleys
Curd Draining And Prepressing TrolleysSuitable for all types of process, these trolleys are made to complete the drainage of the curd coming from the coagulation vat.
They are available with or without a whey collection tray. They are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, and consist of a tilting flat-bottomed tray installed on a tubular frame. Inside the tray there are perforated sheet metal grids that enable the whey to drain off.
The trolleys can also be fitted with a removable pressing device, consisting of pneumatic pistons installed on bridges and perforated to AISI 304 stainless steel sheet panels for pressing and maturing the curd.
Dairy Storage Tanks
Dairy Storage TanksTanks for storing raw milk, pasteurized milk, cream, full-fat and low-fat whey, for use in dairies of any size, and available in various dimensions and different versions depending on their principal use.
These cylindrical, vertical-axis dairy storage tanks are insulated and have various types of bottom. They are made entirely of AISI 304/316 stainless steel with weldings obtained by means of an automatic TIG procedure.
The dairy storage tanks are complete with: product loading and unloading conduits; a hatch; a connection for a washing device with a removable sprayball; a vertical vent with an insect-proof metal grid; a 2B surface finish inside and out, with smoothed and brushed weldings; a multi-blade vertical stirrer.
All parts in contact with the product are finished to comply with current public health and hygiene standards.
Homogeneizers
HomogeneizersThe homogenizers are made in accordance with EC standards and are available with hourly flow rates from 50 to 50,000 lt/h, and homogenizing pressures up to 2,000 bar.
They are available in various versions, depending on their intended use and the type of product being treated.

Ice-building Chilled Water TanksThe ice-building chilled water tanks enable the production of water at a temperature of 1°C for sending to the various users via a system of distribution pumps and manifolds. They are generally suitable for use in the dairy, foodstuffs and beverage sectors.
The ice-building chilled water tank comprises: an inside tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a double welding, ASTM AISI 304 stainless steel tube evaporators, a refrigerator system with the necessary controls, electric safety devices and pressure stats, and a centralized electric control panel; an electronic control of the ice’s thickness, and a water recirculating pump.
Available in various versions depending on the cooling capacity required.

They consist of a vertical cylindrical tank standing on three legs, made of brushed AISI 304 stainless steel with a rounded bottom, complete with an openable hatch and a cavity lining for the circulation of hot water for pasteurizing, temperature maintenance and cooling purposes.
The fermenters are fitted with vertical stirrers with scraper blades, complete with a gearmotor and a washing device with a removable sprayball. All the parts coming into contact with the product are designed and manufactured to comply with the strictest hygiene standards.
As an optional extra, the fermenters can also be supplied with an electric control panel for managing the heating and cooling cycles automatically.
