The EFS systems are suitable for bottling non-carbonated products such as water, fruit juices and nectars, milk, spirits, oils and sauces, in plastic or glass bottles. Gravity Filling Systems
Gravity Filling SystemsGravity filling systems are suitable for still beverages. With these systems, filling is carried out by simple fall. Once the pre-set filling level is achieved, the product in excess is recollected to the filling tank.
The filling tank is completely manufactured in AISI316, as well as all the parts in contact with the product. In case the machine has to treat PET/PE/HDPE bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck holding system.
Hot Filling FHP
Hot Filling FHPFilling is carried out by gravity and the system is suitable to treat products having a temperature from ambient up to 90°C. The product in excess, after the self-leveling, is sent back to the preparation and filtration plant.
The product flow to the filler is adjusted by means of a modulating valve in order to grant a constant control of the flow itself. In case the machine has to treat PET/PE/HDPE bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck holding system.
Isobaric Filling Systems
Isobaric Filling SystemsAVE – Technologies isobaric filling machines are mainly suitable for bottling carbonated drinks at low or ambient temperatures.
The systems can work with water and carbonated soft drinks, beer, cider, sparkling wines, and all types of container: bottles made of plastic (PET, HDPE, etc.), glass, and cans, fitted with a great variety of caps. The bottling process takes place by bringing the container into contact with the dispenser, creating a positive pressure in the bottle to balance the pressure of the vessel, and accurately governing its depressurization to prevent any formation of foam or overflow of the liquid involved.
The isobaric filling machine can also be used very efficiently for bottling still beverages of various densities (with or without pulp). The vessel can withstand a working pressure of 6 bar and is tested for pressures up 9 bar and PED certified. The isobaric filling machine can be fitted with a “neck gripper” system in the case of bottles made of PET/PE/HDPE plastic being used.

Press-on Capping MachinesThe capping station of the press on capping machines is composed of a column in which the cap distributor, the chute with the releasing head and the press-on closing heads are installed.
The cap is collected by a “direct pick” or by a “Pick&Place” system. In case of no container the head doesn’t release the cap.

Rinsers
RinsersDesigned to ensure a perfect cleaning of containers before the filling stage, these rotary rinsing and sterilizing machines made by AVE-Technologies are a perfect combination of reliability, precision and advanced technology.
They are completely automatic and made in different versions based on the required hourly output (from 3000 to 90,000 bottles per hour) and the type of container to be treated. – PPV for prethreaded plastic screw caps with “Pick&Place” system. The capping station is equipped with closing heads having a magnetic friction to adjust the closing force.
– VA for aluminum screw caps with “direct pick” replica catches system. The capping station is equipped with closing heads in stainless steel, complete with rolls that seal the cap to the container.

Sterilisers
SterilisersFully automatic, the sterilizers are manufactured in different versions according to the hourly production required (from 3000 to 90000 bph) and to the container to be handled.
They can carry out the internal and/or external sterilisation of the containers by injecting sterilising products such as peracetic acid, peroxide, SO2, O3, iodine and others.
Vacuum Filling Systems
Vacuum Filling SystemsThe vacuum filling system is equipped with a vacuum pneumatic pump which creates a depression inside the container.
Filling can be carried out only after the depression phase. Once the pre-set level is achieved, the product in excess is collected in a recovery tank and afterwards it can be sent again to the processing system, before filling.
The filling tank is completely manufactured in AISI316, as well as all the parts in contact with the product.
Volumetric Filling Systems
Volumetric Filling SystemsThis system is equipped with a set of pre-dosing pistons that take the product from the filling tank, positioned in the center of the filler, and then dose it inside the container.
Thanks to this principle, the filling accuracy is very high.
